The Birth of Infinite Sun

I didn’t know it then, but one of the hardest emotional days of my life would end up birthing the most powerful inspiration I had ever received.

I was deep in a cycle of self-doubt—my whole life I had handed my self-worth over to people who didn’t know how to hold it which left me feeling small, unseen, and shaken. Their approval (or lack thereof) dictated how I felt about myself. My worth felt fragile and conditional.

In my search for comfort, I stumbled across a simple video that shifted everything. It talked about the sun:

The sun doesn’t care who enters or leaves its orbit. It doesn’t dim when someone leaves or try to shine brighter to please someone new. It just shines—steadily, unapologetically. Those who come close are blessed by its warmth. Those who drift away, miss out. But the sun remains, radiant and whole.

That message washed over me like a wave of light. It cracked something open in mein the best way.

In that moment, I realized I had been living like the moon—relying on others to shine, reflecting their light, orbiting their opinions. But I was not made to be the moon.

I am the sun.

We all are.

The Sun as a Symbol of Healing

That single analogy became the seed of something that began to grow. I started seeing the symbolism everywhere. I began researching the sun and talking about it to anyone who would listen—how it functions, what it represents, and what it can teach us about healing, strength, and sovereignty. And what I found changed me:

  • The sun is the center of the solar system. We must also learn to be the center of our own lives. Not selfishly—but with self-awareness, self-responsibility, and self-love.

  • The sun generates its own light. It doesn’t rely on others to validate its brightness. That’s what healing is: reclaiming your inner light.

  • The sun rises every day. No matter the storms or the darkness, no matter what happened the day before, it rises. So can we.

  • The sun has seasons. Sometimes it’s eclipsed. Sometimes it blazes. Just like our lives—imperfect but consistently shining.

  • The sun doesn’t dim to make others comfortable. It shines because that’s what it was made to do.

  • The sun is not passive, it is powerful. It does not need outside validation. It burns from within.

  • The sun doesn’t pick and choose who gets to feel its warmth. It simply shines without apology. It doesn’t shrink. It doesn’t compete. It simply is.

This became my mantra. My mission. My mirror.

From Survival to Radiance

For so long, I had believed love had to be earned or bargained for. That I had to give in order to get. If I could just work harder, be prettier, be skinnier...then I would finally receive the love I craved. But these new concepts helped me understand something much bigger:

Unconditional love.

When you are full of love within yourself and are connected to something greater, you can give love freely. Not from emptiness or need of approval but from a place of wholeness.

Receiving love from others is beautiful and sacred. But when you need it to feel okay, love becomes conditional and transactional: I’ll give you this so that you’ll give me that… and then I’ll be okay.

That’s not love. That’s survival.

This realization became my invitation to stop surviving and start radiating.

A Light That Comes From Above

The most beautiful part—the homophone of sun and Son was never lost on me.

I believe that the light within us comes from the Son of God, Jesus Christ.

It is His light that gives me strength, teaches us how to love unconditionally, and offers the grace to begin again.

My capacity to shine doesn’t come from striving—it comes from surrender. When I center my life in Him, I remember who I am. I am His! I was never meant to dim my light to be accepted. I was created to be radiant, just as He made me.

For you that inner light might come from Christ, your higher self, the universe. Whatever name you connect with, I believe that light is real, powerful and available to all of us.

The Birth of Infinite Sun Coaching

As I began healing, I also began receiving support from a life coach. Those sessions helped me reconnect to my truth, rebuild my worth, and take ownership of my healing.

And something else amazing happened—I discovered that I didn’t just benefit from coachingI have a passion for it! I felt called to guide others who are on the same path I've been on and it seems others have mutually been called to me. I became that person who others began to turn to and rely on for guidance.

From this revelation, Infinite Sun Coaching was born.

I’m currently studying to become a Certified Life Coach. As I am working to complete my training, I’m offering free coaching sessions to those who feel aligned with this work and are open to growing with me. It’s my way of giving back, gaining experience, and walking alongside others in a meaningful way.

Infinite Sun Coaching is more than a name—it’s a movement, a mission, and a message:

You already have the light. I’m here to help you uncover it.

So if you’re in a season where you feel like you’re orbiting others, waiting to be chosen or dimming your light to feel safe, I want to remind you:

You are not here to beg for love.

You are here to become love.

To shine. To rise. To heal.

And your light will help others do the same.

You are the sun. You always have been.
